Vedran Obućina

Vedran Obućina is a political scientist and theologian covering interdisciplinary social sciences and humanities. He is currently a PhD researcher at the University of Regensburg (Germany) where he studies religion-based peacebuilding, reconciliation, and conflict resolution. He was a research fellow at the University of Mofid (Iran) and University Chulalongkorn (Thailand) and is an ambassador of the Institute for Economics and Peace (Australia). He authored the book “Political System of the Islamic Republic of Iran” and has written over 20 scientific articles worldwide. He also runs a gastronomy and rural heritage website Taste of Adriatic. He lives in Rijeka, Croatia.
